As part of ongoing SAP support operations, we are looking for an SAP Support Consultant to support production activities related to SAP SLT and SAP Datasphere environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide production support for SAP SLT replication processes, including monitoring jobs, alerts, and data loads
Support SAP Datasphere data integration objects, including Replication Flows, Data Flows, Remote Tables, and related connectivity components
Troubleshoot replication failures, latency issues, data inconsistencies, and interface errors across SAP source and target systems
Perform root cause analysis, incident resolution, and coordinated problem management for data replication and integration issues
Work with functional, basis, and infrastructure teams to resolve production support tickets and maintain service levels
Support release validation, regression checks, and operational readiness for changes affecting SAP SLT and SAP Datasphere environments
Required Profile
10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on application support and production operations
Hands-on support experience with SAP SLT, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and replication issue resolution
Strong support experience with SAP Datasphere, especially data integration monitoring and incident management
Experience supporting production SAP environments with attention to stability, performance, and service continuity
Ability to analyze data issues, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and communicate effectively in a client-facing support environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting SAP Analytics Cloud or downstream BI/reporting integrations
SAP BTP exposure in a support or operational context
Experience with ticket-based support, incident management, and service delivery processes
