Salesforce Architect – Predictive Analytics & Data (Trade Cycle Management)

Role Summary

As part of a Salesforce implementation initiative, we are looking for a Salesforce Architect to support the design and delivery of a native Trade Cycle Management solution focused on predictive analytics, LLM capabilities, and data architecture on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of a Salesforce-native Trade Cycle Management solution
• Integrate LLM capabilities into Salesforce to enable intelligent automation, insights generation, and decision support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across the trade lifecycle
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across trade processes
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce-based solutions
• Work closely with architects and developers to integrate LLM-driven features such as intelligent insights and automation
• Define and maintain data models, data mappings, and data quality standards within Salesforce
• Define and implement scalable data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks to support complex trade workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate trade lifecycle requirements into technical solutions
• Drive data analysis initiatives to optimize trade processes, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems (ERP, market data platforms, etc.)
• Provide technical leadership across development teams and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture
• Oversee performance, security, and scalability of the solution
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability building in AI/LLM and data domains

Required Profile

• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI ecosystem (e.g., Einstein, integrations with LLM frameworks)
• Proven experience working with Large Language Models (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or integration via APIs)
• Solid background in data architecture, data modeling, and data analysis
• Experience designing end-to-end enterprise solutions with a focus on scalability and resilience
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes or financial systems (preferred)
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application/System Architect)
• Experience with predictive intelligence and AI/ML integrations
• Familiarity with data engineering tools and pipelines
• Exposure to financial services or trade management domains
