Senior-level support role focused on Oracle E-Business Suite Configurator (Oracle CZ)
Support for Oracle EBS 11i and R12 environments
Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of Oracle Configurator functionality and technology.
Work closely with customers daily to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Provide remote-based functional support and training.
Support client customizations and share implementation and best-practice advice.
Develop application break fixes for critical product defects.
Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
Manage one or more assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
Provide hands-on assistance using test environments or remote client connectivity.
Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment.
Contribute to knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and support processes.
10+ years of Oracle EBS experience with Oracle Configurator modules.
5+ years of direct support for application end users in a corporate environment.
Expertise with Oracle EBS 11i and R12.
Full lifecycle implementation experience.
Experience with application configuration and administration.
Knowledge of Oracle maintenance, patching mechanics, and EBS architecture.
Demonstrated history of solving complex problems across multiple modules.
Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Configurator (Oracle CZ).
Advanced knowledge of:
Configurator Developer
Configurator Runtime
CZ schema architecture
UI customization
Extension development
Rule-based modeling
Troubleshooting in complex enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS functionality, tables, relationships, and data flow.
Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS customization and extension methodologies.
Excellent development skills using the Oracle EBS toolset.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge of multiple Oracle EBS modules across releases 11i and R12.
Understanding of business processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements, integrations, and underlying technology.
Product support experience.

Experience with localizations and global implementations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
