Mission Context
We are looking for a consultant to support the stabilization and delivery of Privacy Managed Services. The role will drive platform operations, resolve escalations, and ensure SLA adherence in a high-visibility environment impacted by current skill gaps.
Missions
Lead end-to-end BigID implementation and support (configuration, scanning, classification, workflows)
Own incident management and escalation resolution impacting privacy operations
Manage daily service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual commitments
Guide junior team members and subcontractor resources
Collaborate with client stakeholders and provide status, risks, and mitigation updates
Drive backlog reduction and operational stabilization
Required Profile
Strong hands-on BigID expertise
Experience with data discovery and classification
Experience with privacy operations (DSAR, retention, compliance workflows)
Solid SQL and data troubleshooting capabilities
Experience in managed services or production support environments
8–12+ years of experience in data privacy or data governance
Prior experience in a Tech Lead or SME role supporting enterprise clients
