Team Lead / Practice Lead are billing roles combined with team leadership responsibilities.

  • Team Lead: Manages and develops a team (minimum 3 staff) within an existing business unit.
  • Practice Lead: Builds and leads a small business unit (e.g., a new technology practice or sourcing function).

Both roles carry direct revenue responsibility alongside ownership of team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strong individual billing performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants/recruiters
  • Drive team revenue and activity levels
  • Contribute to business growth and structure (especially for Practice Lead)
  • Ensure execution of recruitment and sales processes
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members


Requirements

  • Proven track record in billing / revenue generation (internal or previous experience)
  • Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to balance individual performance and team leadership
  • Strong commercial mindset and execution focus


Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
