After doubling the size of our team over the past two years, we’re continuing our growth and looking for experienced Business Development Managers to strengthen our team in Marseilleย and support the expansion of the Iberian market.
๐ What will you be doing?
This is a hybrid position combining business development and recruitment. Youโll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing your own client portfolio, and sourcing and maintaining relationships with freelance IT consultants.ย (70% sales / 30% recruitment)
โ What are we looking for?
At least 1 year of experience building and managing your own client portfolio in IT staffing.
Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling and lead generation.
Native-level Spanish with fluent English.
Results-driven mindset with strong goal orientation.
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow.
