As part of our continued growth, we are hiring an IT Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to strengthen our local teams and support the development of our activities across the national market.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top freelance IT talent aligned with client needs. You will work across a specific technology stack or market, building and maintaining a strong network of consultants. From sourcing and qualification to placement and follow-up, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality candidates and supporting business growth.

You will collaborate closely with business managers, sharing market insights and working together on open roles to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
