Lead and scale the country business from zero to a high-performing IT staffing operation. This role combines hands-on business development, P&L ownership, and team leadership with a clear objective: build a sustainable, margin-driven operation reaching 60 billed IT contractors within 36 months.

This is an entrepreneurial role: you run your own business within a structured group environment — full ownership, without being alone.

Key Responsibilities

 Build the Business (Priority #1)

  • Launch and grow the local market from scratch
  • Define and execute a clear business plan to reach 60 contractors billed by month 36
  • Develop strong client relationships and secure high-value contracts
  • Maintain a business-first mindset, prioritizing revenue and deal closure

 
Own Revenue & Margin

  • Drive billing growth with strict focus on profitability
  • Monitor and optimize gross margin across all placements
  • Take full ownership of the local P&L

 
Build & Lead the Team

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage Business Managers and Sourcers
  • Set targets, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Build a sales-driven, accountable culture


 Execution & Reporting

  • Track performance against plan and KPIs
  • Report to Group Directors on revenue, margin, and growth
  • Ensure disciplined pipeline management and forecasting

 

 Leverage Group Support

  • Use group tools, CRM, and operational infrastructure
  • Benefit from marketing, finance, and delivery support
  • Stay focused on business while the group enables execution


Profile

  • Proven experience in IT staffing / consulting services
  • Strong billing track record and commercial discipline
  • Experience building or scaling teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and autonomy
  • Strong focus on margin, performance, and execution
  • Comfortable operating in a build-from-scratch environment
