We are continuing this momentum by hiring an experienced Business Manager to strengthen our Barcelona office and drive the expansion of our EMEA market.

In this role, you will go beyond managing a portfolio—you will build and develop your own market (by technology or territory) from our Barcelona office. You will own the full lifecycle, from prospecting and client acquisition to consultant sourcing and delivery.

You will work closely with a team of business managers and recruiters, sharing opportunities and collaborating on deals to accelerate growth and maximise success.

• Experience building your own client portfolio in the IT staffing industry
• Comfortable with prospecting and creating opportunities
• Native English; another language is a plus
